1968 Dodge A108 Panel Van Description

I saved this NO DOOR A108 Van from the crusher 10yrs ago. I have always wanted a Dodge Panel van especially with a V8. I would of prefered an automatic but not to be. I kept my eyes open for over 30 yrs for the right one and I came across this by coincedence.
READ THIS PART FIRST AND THEN DECIDE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED. IF NOT MOVE ONI has a 30 over 318 never fired. I installed heater and radiator hoses and filled with antifreeze and found the right cylinder head is weepeing coolant back by cylinder #8. Machine shop missed the crack some how. It is weeping a drop every 4 or 5 minutes, but a crack none the less. I am tired, cranky and broken hearted. I am building this to leave to my 16 yr old and have financial changes that have me questioning if I can afford to pull heads back off this motor. This van is about 85% finished, and I have tons of money invested and do not have any more disposable income. I have been building this thing for 5 yrs a little at a time.I have built several vehicles and motorcycles, so this is not my first rodeo, If you are interested in taking this project, here is what is done.
This NO DOOR van is an ex Laundry Van out of Las Vegas, no rust, it still has the oringinal signage. I was going to leave the rat rod Patina and drive it old and ratty. It has been hit a few times in its life. The left front and Left rear have been repaired and have lots of bondo on the corners. There are 4 foot long dents in both the side rockersSomeone cut a 14x14 roof vent into the top, I have a patch panel from a donor van to replace, but I was going to put a massive sliding canvass sunroof in this thingI wanted to leave it ratty, but have a nice interoir with a big U shaped couch inside with all the creature comforts. I built everything so it can be driven dependably and for fun.

The front door glass has new rubber installed EXCEPT VENT wingsRebuilt, cleaned and lubricated window regulators.Dash and glove box door already painted I started building custom dash panel for gauges but have not finished.Motor box is rhino lined and has new sound deadoner install.I have the grill, bumpers, and headlight rings, I have them off to paint them mat black, but have not finishedI have all the Dodge Script for front and back doorsWhen I pulled this out of the junk yard, the back up lites, dome lites, dash panel lites, wipers all workedIt has the waher bottle assy that works great. The original rubber mat was in it, but I trashed it before I realized you cant buy them.
I pulled the wire harness out to replace with an EZ kit but do not have the new wire harness.I DO NOT have a steering wheel or turn signal swith yet.I needs the gauges install, rewired, exhaust and the cracked cylinder head addressed,Then it can fire and run. Transmission shifts like butter.
The price is a bargain, I have a clear Utah Title. If nobody bids to buy, I will lick my wounds and pull the head and work some over time. I DO NOT want to trade, I dont need help selling and I am not a amateur. This van is as described. Please don't bid if you dont intend to pay for it.$500.00 Cash Deposit due with in 24 Hours.
