2014 Dodge Charger Description

It's worth $15,000. Here's the deal, I have a lien holder, I owe money on it. So basically I'm letting you have it for 1/3 of the price because
I don't have the title.
Even if you only drive it for 6 months it's cheaper than a rental. Maybe you need it for parts or something. Basically I don't care what you do with it. I just need it gone.
