1971 Dodge Charger Base Hardtop 2-Door Description

Up for sale is this gorgeous, rust-free 1971 Dodge Charger. Original California car. Current owner lives in Lackawanna, and is the second owner of this vehicle. Originally purchased in California, the car went to live most of its life outside of Las Vegas, Nevada. Build sheet and other related paperwork available. This car is as solid as they come. No rust issues at all. No accidents.
The interior is all original. No tears or rips in seats, headliner, or rug. All plastic panels are in excellent condition. All gauges operate and this thing runs like a watch. Original 318/904 with air-conditioning. Air does operate, however, will not hold a charge at this time. Complete O-ring kit has been purchased to repair any leaks with the A/C and may even be repaired before sale. Engine has no noises, ticks, or rattles. Transmission shifts smooth with no signs of wear. Brakes were all replaced including wheel cylinders. This is an excellent runningand driving car with no mechanical repairs needed (excluding A/C).
The body of this car is stunning. It is a must-see. Repainted in the original GY6 gold, it still sports the original vinyl top. Repaint was needed due to faded original paint. Car had many scratches that were too difficult to match/blend. Also, the car had some parking lot dings/dents that were too difficult to remove with paintless dent-removal techniques.
This car is a must-see and drive. Would make a great start for a big block clone, 340 swap or as is for the most reliable Sunday driver.
Asking $15,500 and are open to offers and negotiations.
