2003 Dodge Ram Quad SLT 4x4
This was my friends truck since he bought it year's ago with 40,000 miles on it. He got a new job with a long commute and got a new car so I bought it a few months ago and have put over 6000 worry free miles on it.
The truck has a new heater core, blows ice cold a/c, defrost doesn't work the best. Windshield is cracked but the truck has a VA inspection from November, 2016. Mechanics said overall the truck looks good, transmission is strong, and engine has great compression. 4 Wheel Drive low works flawlessly, 4 Wheel high works but does pop out of gear, I'm not sure what that is about.
I put a new battery in the truck, new spark plugs and coils, new wiper blades, and a new positive crankcase ventilattor valve and hose within the last few months. The truck also has 4 good matching Goodyear Wrangler tireswith plenty of tread left and a full size spare. Plus freshly changed oil and filter.
In addition to the heater core, my friend recently replaced the radiator, water pump, and wiring harness,
The truck has plenty of options such as 8 way power driver seat and motorized pedals. Sliding rear window, towing package,tilt wheel, and bedliner. CD player does not work, and I think one speaker may be blown. The rear quarters are a little rusty as shown in pictures as well as a minor white scrape on passenger side as shown. Underneath, the frame and motor mounts and exhaust are good as I tried to show in pictures. The truck might need a little alignment but its really not that bad and the Mechanic said the brakes and suspension have plenty of life life.
