1989 Dodge Ram 3500 Blue and Silver Description

This auction is for a 1989 Dodge D350 Dually RAM Truck. The engine is a V-8 360 gasoline with 727 Torqueflight truck transmission. The engine and transmission are in GREAT running condition. The brand new roller/hydraulic lifters. The camshaft is OEM grind/Duration and this engine runs strong. One of the old camshaft lifters was ticking and I decided to replace them all NEW. Additionally, ALL of the valve seals, intake manifold gaskets, valve cover gaskets, radiator hoses, antifreeze and fresh oil change with premium 20W50 Motor Oil.
The transmission is a Torqueflite 727 with fresh band adjustments, fluid and new filter and pan gasket.
The front tires were recently replaced and have excellent tread. The rear tires are less than 50% tread but, are in good usable condition usable for daily use. The tire size on this truck is 235/85R16.
This truck has spent it's entire life in Florida. The floors are in cab floors, rockers and doors are in excellent condition and have no rust.
I believe I am the eighth owner of this truck during the course of it's life. ALL of the chrome trim is missing and I suspect it was either removed by a prior owner, sold or stolen. It is also missing the Dodge RAM hood ornament that was placed onto the vehicle when manufactured. The hood ornament "base" is still on the hood and intact.
The truck body is in dire need of a paint job. The hood paint is sun faded and has surface rust. The truck sides are straight and there is no surface rust but the overlying clear-coat is peeling off. If ou want to hand pick/peel off the clear coat and go for the "rustic" look, it would be a great improvement. The rocker panels and in excellent condition, very solid and also have no deterioration nor rust. The doors need window seals and need a mild to hard close to get the latched to close. The truck bed has a Penda-liner bed liner.
The interior has a bench seat and the drivers side is torn and has a pillow to sit on since the seat is torn. The windshield wipers worked when I bought the truck but stopped working on the drive home. I will try to diagnose and repair the wipers while it is here "but" please be aware that it is being sold in it's present condition and if they're not fixed when it's sold, it is what it is. This truck is a GREAT CANDIDATE for a restoration and a paint job would turn this truck into a REAL HEAD TURNER!! The
