1974 Dodge Charger SE Description

I had purchased this Charger a few years back in hopes of restoring it. It has been registered as non-operational since I got it and originally registered it in CA for the first time. There are no back fees due for registration. Unfortunately a lot of things have changed since then and I realize that I do not have the time or space for this project after all.
This car had roughly 45k miles on the odometer, not sure if it had already rolled over previously? Rust in all the usual places, wheel wells, lower fenders, lower doors, trunk lid, floor pans, trunk floor, rocker panels, etc. Was a sunroof car, however all the linkage was missing and the roof is rusted all around the sunroof hole. Car is in need of complete restoration, and is almost completely torn down.
Car originally had AC, power windows, power locks, cruise control, rallye gauges, 400 ci big block, 727 trans, 8 3/4 diff, magnum 500 wheels, 3/4 vinyl top. Car has factory flat hood, but would be willing to sell a real steel Power Bulge hood with the car if the price is right. I will not however sell the Power Bulge hood by itself until the car has been sold.
Everything is here, except for some of the wiring harness (overheating issues), the sunroof linkage, the dual snorkel, stock heads, carpet/padding and headliner, front windshield and one quarter window glass along with the factory exhaust, and vinyl top material.

Clear title in hand, feel free to shoot a resonable offer. $4,000 price includes steel Power Bulge hood. If making an offer, please specify whether your offer would be including the Power Bulge hood or not, and I will consider it if it is within reason.
