1973 Dodge Charger Rallye Description

Hello,

Up for sale and without reserve is my 1973 Dodge Charger. I'd like to keep all my Mopar,,, but I have to start selling to pay for parts and paint for the others. In other words, you're getting a good car and you decide what it’s worth. That said, PLEASE do not bid and buy if you can't pay... Also, I'm selling this car locally, so I reserve the right to end the listing. No international sales without first talking to me about how and when you can take delivery. • What I know:

• 440 that's been rebuilt, not sure how long ago, seller told me less than 25K miles ago, not original to the car.

• 727 trans with a new gasket, shifts nice, NO problems at all.

• Not a posi rear, but does have air shocks for adjusting the rear-end height/ride.

• All new ball joints, tie rod endsandsuspensionbushings, installed very recently.

• I have a new Pittman arm and once its installed and alignment done, she'll drive so nice.

• Drives fairly straight, a bit of squeaking so stillneedssome minor front-end adjustments.

• Power steering pump has a very slow leak. No other leaks that I’m aware of.

• Rallye dash with factor tachometer, all gauges (but gas) and interior lights are working.

• Replaced radio works but doesn’t sound good. I’d rather listen to the engine rumble.

• Dash is intact – NO CRACKS!

• All exterior lights work with good PA inspection sticker.

• No rust/rot in trunk.

• Some rust/rot in the rear quarters and driver side floor. But like I said, its drives nice so you can fix it as you go.

• Passenger side power window motor needs to be replaced. Drivers side works fine.

• Original top and as far as I can tell, 98% all there. No missing parts that I’m aware of.

• Fairly new exhaust that sounds awesome. This car moves!..

• What I don’t know:

• The age of the 440 or what the rebuild involved. My guess is it has a mild cam and more performance parts.

• If the trans is original or has ever been rebuilt.

• How many owners before more. I think I’m the fourth but I’m not sure.

• Sorry that I don’t have this info. I simply forgot and never wrote any of it down.

Hello All, I'm sorry but in listing my Charger SE, I used an Ebay Rally template. My Charger is not a Rallye, which would have had a console shifter amongst other differences. The SE package offered power windows and other luxurious options. It also had shifter on the steering column, which is what my car had, and has been converted to a B&M floor shifter. I believe all of this is visible in the pcs. Sorry for theerror.
