**RE-POSTING DUE TO A NON-PAYING BUYER** Up for sale is a 2001 Ferrari 360 Modena Spyder. Car is salvage and being sold as a parts car. Vehicle has no title but will come with bill of sale. Start registration was started on the vehicle but needs to be completely restored in order for it to be registered, i will provide that paperwork as well (not in my name but i have a bill of sale from previous owner) Reason for no title is due to the vehicle vin plate that is located underneath the seat is missing. The vin number is stamped on the chassis, just the vin plate is missing. So selling as a parts car "AS IS".

Car has body damage all over car from accident by previous owner. Bought car to fix up but have no time any more for this project. HasChipped paint, electrical issues (dash does not come on when turn key, cut wires on engine wire harness from accident, radio doesn't work). Engine and transmission are all there and complete. Engine spins over freely by hand, windshield is busted, interior is in poor condition. Please Carfax the car regarding accident by previous owner. Car has not been started so condition of engine is unknown (although everything is complete and looks to be in good condition) Please ask any questions you have prior to bidding.
