1995 Ford F-450 Super Duty Description

This Ford F-450 Super Duty 4 wheel drive dually utility/service truck
has low miles on a 7.3L Power Stroke turbo diesel engine. It is outfitted with
a lifted Quigley 4 x 4 system with Warn lock out front hubs. It has an Adkins truck bed with plenty of storage. Boxes can be removed to reveal a stake flat bed. It has a braden 10,000 lb. hydraulic continuous duty worm gear recovery winch, pintle hitch, air taps and an engine heater.
A former utility truck with Virginia Power, it has been well maintained. The tires are Firestone and are in good shape. Runs great and pulls like a freight train. The steering is tight with no play. The winch pulls hard and has aprox. 250 ft. of cable on it's reel. The 4 wheel drive works perfectly with no flaws.
There are some tears in the front seat. There is light denting around the mirror where it attaches to the drivers door. Also, the top corner of the drivers' door is bent but it doesn't affect the closing or seal of the door at all. There is a rust spot on the drivers' side fender that needs to be dealt with. A few little dents and dings on the boxes. All of them open and latch closed, with one under the bed that sticks closed. The rest of the truck body including the undercarriage and the utility body looks great with just minor scratches here and there.
I purchased the truck from Virginia Power to use as a work vehicle but my plans have changed, I'm not using it and I will reluctantly sell it. When i got it, I had a local mechanic who used to work for Ford for many years, go through the entire vehicle. He replaced both batteries with new ones from NAPA and replaced the transmission fluid filler tube. I had him put in new filters and change the oil. Nothing else needed to be done. Get yourself a great deal on a very well maintained work truck that could be used for almost anything. You can drive this truck anywhere!
