THIS VEHICLE WAS A FORMER FIRE DEPARTMENT APPARATUS USED FOR EMERGENCY CALLS AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION. VEHICLE IS DESCRIBED BELOW:

-TRUCK'S BRAKES DO NOT WORK. There is a leak in the system, and it will not hold brake fluid.

-both batteries are dead

-driver and passenger seats showing wear in the cloth

-comes with Stryker stretcher floor brackets

-halogen and strobe emergency lights

Vehicle should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and vehicle must have insurance before buyer takes possession.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect vehicle to his or her satisfaction before bidding. Pre-bid inspection is available by appointment at 1675 Leonard Road, Shreveport, LA 71115.

Vehicle must be paid for in full before buyer takes possession of vehicle.

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is due within 7 days of the closing of the auction. Buyer must arrange pickup within 30 days of the closing of the auction.

SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, CONDITION, OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USES OF THE VEHICLE HEREIN SOLD AND ASSIGNED (WHICH IS SOLD "AS IS", "WHERE IS" AND "WITH ALL FAULTS"), OR CONFORMITY WITH MODELS OR SAMPLES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ABSENCE OF ANY DEFECT, HIDDEN, LATENT, REDHIBITORY OR OTHERWISE; AND ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED AND DENIED, EVEN AS TO RETURN OF THE PURCHASE PRICE BY SELLER, AND WAIVED AND RENOUNCED BY BUYER, BUT WITH FULL SUBSTITUTION AND SUBROGATION AS TO ALL RIGHTS AND ACTIONS OF WARRANTY WHICH SELLER HAS OR MAY HAVE AGAINST ALL PRIOR OWNERS OR VENDORS thereof.
