1932 FORD SEDAN DELIVERY The original steel body has been chopped 2-3/4".It sits on the original 1932 frame that has been boxed with a tubular, drop-out center-section, cross-member. The top is not filled, the windshield still opens and the grille shell, horn covers, body, and running boards are all steel. The paint is three years old and is very good. The car is fully painted in stunning Cabernet base coat/clear coat, including frame and underside of the body. The fuel tankand firewall arestainless steel and the tail-lights are LEDs. The engine is a fully built 350 SBC, not acrate motor. Ithas 10.5 pistons, AFR Air Flow Research fully CNC machined heads, Comp roller cam, roller rockers, stud girdles, gear drive timing set, Demon carb, Edelbrock intake, MSD Pro Billet distributor, MSD Digital7 ignition with rev limiter and start retard, full length headers, and chrome everything. Transmission is a TH350 with shift kit, 3000 stall torque converter, cast pan and Quicksilver ratchet shifter.Engine is cooled by a Walker brass radiator. This motor/converter/transmission combination makes this car leap off the line. This is a quick, great handling car. Rear end is a fully chromed Jaguar IRS with 11"disks and 3.50 posi. The Jag rear is properly mounted with neoprene isolation mounts. The front suspension is fully chromed with 10" disks and sway bar. Steering rack is a new, front mounted, chrome rack with heims and quick steering arms. The four wheel power disc brakes are operated by a chrome Corvette master cylinder with chrome booster. The car has a line lock, a transmission cooler and a driveshaft safety loop. The interior provides the most comfortable driving position I have experienced in a chopped hotrod. There is a footwell recessed into the floor area below the pedals to provide plenty of room for size 13 shoes and a6'2" driver. It has power windows, remote entry, cruise, tilt, air conditioning, heat, an in-dash Kenwood stereo, a remote 12 discCD player and a 1000 watt amplifier. The dash is custom machined billet with Autometer gauges. The checkered flag graphics are a removable magnetic panel. The car has several custom machined components such as the dash, gas cap, A/C and alternator mount, shift console, etc, that set it apart from the cookie-cutter kit cars full of mass produced elements. This carwas first built into a rod in the 1970's. I have owned this car for 19 years. It took two years to build it in this version and several years to sort it. It is fully sorted, it is fast, it sounds nasty, handles like a sports car, it is extremely reliable, and it has killer looks. Only 400 some Sedan Deliverys were produced in 1932. I believe this to be one of the originals. This is based on my conversations with people in the hobby. I do not warranty it to be an original sedan delivery, but it is my opinion. It is a real 32, it has a real title. The car does not currently have a hood. It is set up to accept a stock four piece original or reproduction metal or fiberglass hood. Hood to cowl distance is stock 1932 Ford dimension, so putting a hood on will be easy. Health forces sale, no trades. Check the pics. Ask questions before bidding.
