2001 Ford Mustang GT Description

This beautiful condition 2001 Roush Stage 2 Mustang GT Convertible only has 34,xxx miles. I am the third owner and have a clean title in hand. It was purchased new at Evergreen Ford in Issaquah, Washington (a suburb of Seattle) and has resided here ever since. It comes with the powerful, factory stock V8 backed by a smooth shifting 5 speed manual transmission. The Roush Stage 2 package was a $9,860 upgrade to a Mustang GT. It included Roush lowered performance suspension, body kit, staggered 18” wheels and tires, air intake, side pipe exhaust and custom tool kit mounted in the trunk. It is #4447 on the official Roush Registry with a build date of 04/18/2001. It is only driven on sunny days, has always been garaged and is in amazing original condition. The black paint is shiny and the body is perfectly straight. There is a quarter size door ding on the edge of the driver door and then some small scratches on the side skirts. Overall I would the rate the paint a 9 out of 10 with minor scratches and imperfections expected in a 15 year old car. It did have one small accident in 2011 which only required replacement of the rear bumper cover. No other damage occurred and I have the receipt showing the repair at Evergreen Ford for $922. The interior features grey cloth interior in near perfect condition (I would say a 9.5 out of 10). No smoking or pets ever in the car. The top still looks new and functions smoothly. Good tires on almost perfect wheels. Note these are replacement wheels made by TSW (because the originals were curbed) in the same size 18x9 in front and 18x10 in back. They look amazing and fit flush with the fenders. Mechanically in excellent condition with maintenance since new completed at Evergreen Ford. The car starts right up, idles smoothly, makes tons of power and has that deep rumble from the side pipe exhaust. Clutch take-up and engagement is firm and it shifts smoothly into all gears. The brakes engage at the top of the pedal and it stops drama free. It steers well, makes no weird noises and tracks well going down the road. It leaks no oil or any other fluids. Everything on the car works properly. All four power windows, power locks, cruise, factory stereo and all gauges and lights work as new. The A/C blows cold and the heat is toasty. I have both factory keys and remote key fobs to go with the car. It just passed emissions, needs nothing and is ready for a new owner.
