Good condition and well maintained. This is my daily driver, I use it every day to get back and forth to work (30mi round trip commute). I've had no problems while I've owned it. I am a private party and would have no problem having the vehicle inspected by a mechanic or local Ford dealership.
New 33" Cooper all-season tires were installed within the last 5k miles, along with a set of OEM Ford 18" chrome package wheels (versus the standard 17's).
I doNOTbelieve this truck has ever been used for any commercial work, thus no excessive wear and tear from my knowledge. The only negatives I can think of: some paint chipping near the Ford oval on the tail gate (see closeup pic), normal scratches, typical rust/chips on the rockers, and some wear on the top of the steering wheel. Everything functions, no check engine lights or weird noises, hot heat and cold AC, drives straight and starts right up.
Recent maintenance includes:
Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and an alignment (all performed at a Ford dealer). I have a copy of the inspection sheet I can send.
