Ford 2005 Econoline Medical Van Used, 200k miles needs fixing

2005 Ford E-Series Van Description

This is a ford econoline medical van that has been sitting in front of my house for awhile. it has a wheelchair lift section and doesn't run too great. If you pick it up you'll probably need to jump it.
Also the tires are flat. I'm not sure if the engine is very rusted or not since the car hasn't been started in over two years.
Just trying to get rid of this hunk of junk. I think with some repairs it could easily be worth $3000+. However I'm not willing to put the time or money into this vehicle.
