2006 Ford F-250 Description

Selling a 2006 Ford F250XL with 170,714 miles on it. Truck is 4 wheel drive, 6.0 diesel, extended cab w/opening doors, auto trans. Truck starts, runs and drives. There is a video available of it running if you would like to view it. Body is good and interior has a tear in drivers seat and some dirt stains. It had a cover on seat but we removed it to show the seats. A good cleaning would take care of that I would think. AM/FM, air conditioning, clean title, located in Manchester, TN.
In terms of defects we have noted the following:
Needs IPR valve according to diesel shop in Tullahoma, TN where I live-the truck is hard to start if it is hot sometimes-we did compression check and engine is good-they ran a scan on it and they determined from what truck is doing along with their scan that the IPR valve was bad-part is around $85 on ebay they told me. They never could fit it in to their schedule over a two week period so I went and picked it up and decided to sell it like it is and disclose what we believe to be the problem
Missing the trim piece that goes on top of tailgate(approx. $75 from parts yard I am told)
tear in drivers seat fabric and seats are dirty/bed is dirty
