I took it into the shop and they said when the battery light starts to come on and off like that it means either the batteries are close to needing to be replaced or the alternator is close to needing to be replaced. I replaced both of the batteries. And I got a new alternator. I didn't replace the alternator yet, because it runs fine and if it did go out the dual alternator setup has plenty of power to charge to batteries in the mean time. I will give you the new alternator with the truck.
