2008 Ford Mustang GT Description

No Reserve!!!

I found a car that I want, and I just don't have enough room, so this is a NO RESERVE auction. The price on this car is pretty awesome when you consider everything that is done to the car, not including the cost of the car. You simply can not recreate this kind of power and perfection for anywhere near the money I am trying to get out of it. The starting price is a few thousand less than I want for the car, but I really want it to sell, so whoever the high bidder is at the end of the auction is getting the car.

I am selling my 2008 Mustang GT with a built motor and 76mm Turbonetics turbo. This car is fun! Power is outrageous, and the car is super quiet and drivable. It sounds and drives like a stock car. Mileage so low, it’s almost a new car. It even smells new inside. Original factory tires mounted on factory rims. I tried to highlight the 3 rock chips on the hood and the scratch (which I think could be buffed out) on the back bumper. The pictures exaggerate the few flaws in the paint. They are hardly noticeable in person and the paint looks like new since the car has always been garage kept, and regularly washed and waxed. One of the pictures even shows the reflection of my hand. This car is a daily driver. Conservative tune at 18 lbs. of boost. Easy to drive, light clutch, quiet exhaust – quieter than stock - with stock sounding idle, because of stock cams.

The car made 583 horsepower on a Mustang dyno at 14lbs of boost. It is now at 18lbs of boost. Mustang dynos are better for tuning turbo cars because they can create resistance simulating the street (turbos need load to build boost). Unfortunately, Mustang dynos run anywhere from 11% - 15% lower than Dynojets. For more information, do a google search on Mustang Dynos versus Dynojet.

It makes sick power from the 76mm Turbonetics turbo with upgraded wastegate and upgraded recirculating blow-off valve, and when you jump on it, it sucks you back into the seat and just keeps pulling until the end of the gear. There is no drop off. But, when you're driving it around town, it is perfectly calm and easy ride (watch the video below). The car was built for subtlety and comfort. It accomplishes both, despite having a full suspension (Tokico D-specs and Cobra Jet springs), full length sub-frame connectors, and solid motor mounts. The return style fuel system and adjustable fuel pressure regulator ensures that fuel is always delivered to the Fore fuel rails and 60lb injectors. The car is a dream, and would cost a fortune to reproduce. My loss is your gain, but I don't use it as a daily driver, and I still enjoy driving it once in a while, so I am not desperate to sell it. Price is pretty firm. I am the original owner, and the car has never been in an accident, and never been smoked in. There are several, stock, 2005-2009 Mustang GTs on here that are for sale for close to what I am trying to get from selling this car. See for yourself what it would cost to find a perfect condition, 1 owner, low mileage 2008 GT that's never been wrecked and never been smoked in with ice cold AC, and then price out a fully built and blueprinted motor, 76mm turbo kit, full suspension, fully welded subframe, including torque boxes, and complete return style fuel system. Then consider the labor to install it all, get it all dialed in right, and go through great pains to make sure it stays a daily drivable, comfortable, quiet car. You can have this complete turn-key car for a small fraction of that cost.

Check out all 24 pictures. The car is really clean.

Below is a video to show how quiet and subtle the car is. It is 8 minutes long (too long), but you can see how the car drives like a stock car, and even during a light rolling burnoutall you hear is tires. The car is very unique.

Someone reminded me, the car also has sequential tail lights, as can be seen in the video.Iam sure there is a ton of stuff that I can't remember.
