2015 Ford Transit 250 Description

I special ordered this van new in the summer of 2015 for my personal use traveling to trade shows. 98% of the 18,165 miles are highway miles. The van has never been used for towing or heavy cargo loads. I have kept this van neat and clean since day one. Non-smoker. The inside of van has never been dirty or had any food or drink spills. Driver and passenger floorboards have never been stepped on. Weather floor mats have been used since day one. Even the underside on van is still clean. I have had the oil changed 6 times and tires rotated 3 times (have dealership records). I always used premium fuel (personal preference). I am selling the van due to the fact I miss my F150 Lariat Supercrew and purchasing a new one. If your looking for a like new and unique used van. !!! This Is It !!!! Listed below is the factory special ordered optional equipment and detailed information on $1000's of dollars and countless hours of time in customized interior upgrades.Optional EquipmentIngot silver metallic / pewter vinyl seats3.5L GTDI V6 Ecoboost Engine3.31 Limited slip axleFixed rear door glassTrailer tow packageTrailer wiring provisionsModified vehicle wiring pkgLong power heated mirrors with turn signal lightsCruise controlHeavy duty alternatorDual heavy duty batteries6.5x16 Alloy wheelsSecurilock patsUser defined upfitter switchesTrailer brake controllerRunning board passenger doorCargo area LED load comp lights pkgPower point 12V rearPower inverterThe van has a custom built 6061 square aluminum tubing welded frame (4' x 71") adjustable bed with removable end extension so the bed can be raised to the ceiling when not in use. The bed is held in position by four quick release push pins. Desired position can be changed by drilling holes in the four vertical post. The main frame of bed and vertical post are 1 1/2" 6061 square aluminum tubing. The interior of bed frame has 1" 6061 square aluminum tubing checker board pattern slates that are running in both direction welded to main frame for support. The removable end extension frames also have welded support tubing slates. This bed can hold serious weight, way more than two people. The bed weights approximate 45 lbs and takes two people to raise and lower bed into position. I cant remember exactly but I think it was over 200 inches of aluminum welds on the bed frame, supports and post. The top surface of the bed is heavy duty lightweight fluted corrugated plastic. All you need is the mattress of your choice to sleep comfortable. The underside surface of the bed is brushed aluminum so when bed is raised to the ceiling it matches the ceiling and walls. The walls and ceiling are covered with brushed aluminum composite Signabond lite premium finish panels. The panels have a solid polyethylene core with aluminum outer skins (expensive). The panel curves/corners on the walls were hand cut and may not be perfect. Both rear side wall panels have been reinforced to prevent impact damage. The ceiling from the rear end of van to the front windshield is covered in FatMat Mega Mat Butyl sound control/insulation material (the best). Also some inside areas of the rear doors, walls, floor and rear fender wells are covered in FatMat too. The ceiling is also covered in Reflectix bubble reflective roll insulation. The floor has the factory insulated vinyl/rubber floor covering. I added a one piece 1/4" thick heavy duty non-slip virgin rubber checker pattern floor mat over the factory flooring. The side sliding door and rear door sills are aluminum diamond plate. This van is quiet and does not sound like a tin can or drums beating while going down the road. The Masterack cabinet has three locking doors and is 32" wide x 60" height. I had the cabinet painted silver. The Ranger partition is aluminum and has a locking sliding door with a window. Both front side windows are tinted (legal) with Ford OEM vent visors. Rear windows are dark tint. I also have the Reflectix windshield sun shades for the windshield and rear windows. Notice the floor vent or a/c vent and power cord access in the floor to the left of the cabinet. I used a single vent hose portable a/c from Lowes to cool the van when sleeping if needed or just opened for ventilation (a/c not included). All is sealed and never leaked. I just did not want to cut a big hole in the roof for roof air. I did all the work myself except for the aluminum welding. I did not cut corners and I used the best materials in my opinion. Van has no scratches or dents. There is a couple of small paint chips on the hood and front painted bumper from highway driving. There is a dime size star rock peck in the center of windshield that has been filled. There is a small half moon rock peck in the upper right of windshield that has not been filled. I have extra panel material and Fatmat that is included. If you have any questions feel free to call me 9am - 9pm central time. 901-409-0583 CLEAR TITLE in hand.
