1994 Ford E-Series Van Description

1994 Ford E150 Van with Low miles, Wheel Chair Lift, Hand Controls, and Handicap Accessible Driver Seat. The van runs well, transmission seams OK, AC works, power windows & locks work. Good tires, seems mechanically sound. It's not perfect, but it is a good solid van. This van was owned by my brother who recently passed away. We hope it goes to a good home. It sure made his life easier.
Handicap accessible features:
  • The drivers seat has power to slide back and rotate for access to wheel chair but this is not hooked up.
  • The wheel chair lift works and can be operated from the drivers seat, from the lift itself, and from an external key protected switch at the rear tail light.
  • The side doors opens and closes automatically with the lift.
  • Has hand controls for braking and accelerating.
Please note, my brother was not able to work on this van so it needs some fixing up. In short, the drivers seat needs to be connected to power and adjusted. The wheel chair lift needs a nudge to get it moving from the closed position. I believe this is just a neutral switch adjustment. It just seems to park a bit over center. It extends, lifts, and retracts just fine. The radio and cruise control don't seem to be working. I believe both of these are also wiring or power supply related. It hasn't needed much work since it was purchased, but recently it got a new radiator. The windshield rear view mirror needs to be glued back on. The overdrive switch on the end of the gear selector does not seem to be functional. Again, probably wiring.Cosmetically, the van looks decent. There is some clear coat peeling, a ding here or there, there is some frayed carpet, and the driver seat upholstery is a bit ragged at the hinge. And the van could use a good cleaning/detailing, but overall it is a nice, serviceable van. Please plan to pick the Van up in Monmouth, IL within a week. Cash or Cashiers check for the remaining balance is fine. It should have no trouble driving to wherever you are taking it. And feel free to ask specific questions. I'll be happy to respond and send additional photographs as requested.
