2004 Ford Explorer 4.0 not running as is timing chain

2004 Ford Explorer Description

2004 Ford Explorer with a little over 200k miles.(have to charge battery to get exact mileage since its been sitting but is barely over 200k) timing chain is the issue From what I was told but I'm not a mechanic.the motor still has fluids and compression.i bought the timing chain and the gasket because a friend was going to do it for me because he owed me money but ended up bailing so I'm selling it unless I can find another motor in decent condition For a decent price (I will include the new gasket and chain they are both brand new unopened).transmission was replaced in 2012 I think and top end of motor was done in 2013.has minor cosmetic issues maybe a little ding here and there and some scratches on the hood but nothing major.air conditioning works great.it does have a small leak but I just put a can of freon in it and it will last all summer.front plastic grill is broken.door recline handles are missing.drivers side window doesn't go down (needs regulator motor is good) passenger rear door handle is half broken.tires are in pretty decent condition.has the classic crack in the trunk door and plastic chipped off the back near the handle.has no radio but is wired for an amplifier and has newer door speakers the vehicle is dirty and could use a cleaning.was a great running vehicle when it was running.vehicle is sold as is so make sure you ask questions and assume nothing
