Fully Built 1980 mustang notchback coupe - This car is really like no other. It has an all business look and sounds and pulls harder then you'll expect by looking at the parts list alone.
Newly rebuilt 351w roller block built to make 470-500 horse. Has all new moly rings, performance bearings, gaskets, ARP studs (head,main, rod and oilpump shaft). Has new TFS Twisted Wedge heads stage 2 ported, Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake portmatched to TFS heads, custom grind Comp Cams hydraulic (544 lift 292/296 108 lobe sep), Speed Demon 750 carb, BBK 1 3/4 long tube headers, TCI Rattler harmonic balancer, Electric water pump, MellingHv oil pump, MSD Ignition, Moroso 7 quart, Moroso breather, braided fuel line with A/N fittings, Edelbrock Quiet flow fuel pump, huge aftermarket radiator, Electric cooling fans ++
Transmission is a fully reworked C4 with kevlar bands, upgraded servos, shift kit, B&M shifter, TCI 3000 stall converter, TCI flexplate, oil cooler, etc. Shifts awesome!
Front Suspension is all tubular D&D with coil-overs, Caster and Camber plates, braided brake line, 5 lug rotors from a newer mustang, good pads.Steering is a new Flaming River manual rack with billet steering couplings, tie rod ends, etc. it's the front suspension setup every foxbody lover dreams of.... Not cheap though, as you know.
Rear end is a fully worked 8.8 with 31 spline axles, Auburn limited slip locker, long wheel studs, etc. Rear suspension includes aftermarket upper and lower control arms. Good torque boxes.
The car has full length subframes, a drive shaft safety loop for NHRA legality, rear seat delete and welded in Fire Wall to go with the aftermarket sumped 12 gallon fuel cell. Battery is relocated to the trunk with a nice aluminum Battery box and has the mandatory battery kill switch installedfor NHRA legality.
Interior is all black with new carpet and in good overall shape. Has many after market gauges such as a Wideband Air-Fuel Ratio gauge, voltage, vacuum, water temp, oil pressure, fuel and larger tachometer. The headliner needs to be redone. Interior is not perfect but in good shape overall. The all black looks mean.
BONUS PARTS- This sale includes a set of Weld Racing rims with good 75% tread slicks... Because you'll need them to hook up and smoke the competition.I am also including Eibach performance sway bars, a strut tower brace and a bunch of random trim and foxbody stuff.
The body has the original paint so it's obvious it's never been in an accident. 36 years later and this car still gets people talking with the original brown, black and silver trim. It also has the stock clutch pedal installed if you wanted to go manual.

The alternator is a Powermaster 1-wire polished unit with a Moroso alt bracket. The wires have been tucked in the fenderwells for the cleanest engine bay look.

You can go from full drag to autocross setting by simply turning the knobs how you want. With the coil-overs and adjustable struts together there is a ton of tuning options.
