THIS IS A VILLAGE-OWNED VEHICLE AND MUST BE SOLD ACCORDING TO ILLINOIS LAW; IT MUST BE SOLD IN AN AUCTION-STYLE SETTING SUCH AS EBAY. THERE IS NO BUY-IT-NOW OPTION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TRADES FOR THIS VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD AS-IS AND WITH NO EXISTING WARRANTY; NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED. THE VEHICLE WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER AFTER THE STARTING PRICE HAS BEEN SATISFIED: THERE IS NO RESERVE ON THIS VEHICLE.
POSITIVES:1. The vehicle has a mileage of 56,800 original miles.2. The vehicle has a working AM/FM stereo with a clock.3. The vehicle has functioning air conditioning.4. All lights, signals, hazards, and horn are in working order.5. The vehicle has manual windows, locks, seats, all in working order.6. The vehicle has tan leather bucket seats in fair condition-a couple small tears in the seat.7. The vehicle is equipped with a DUMP bed in working order.8. The vehicle is RWD, XL, and has a Triton V10.9. The vehicle has a tow package.10. The vehicle has Firestone Trans Force LT235/85R16 tires in fair to good condition.11. The vehicle has a trailer assist brake box in the cab.12. The vehicle is equipped with working amber Mars lights on the roof with controls in the cab.13. NEGATIVES:1. Although the vehicle has new brake pads, the brakes will need to be replaced as soon as possible.2. The vehicle may need the ABS unit replaced.3. The vehicle has a broken driver's-side mirror (taped).4. The vehicle shows normal signs of wear-n-tear about the vehicle: scratches, dings, small dents, etc.5. The vehicle shows rust on the bed/rear. There are a few spots of rust-through in the side of the bed.6. The vehicle's interior will need to be detailed/cleaned.7. There are a couple of small tears in the seat-driver's-side.

If additional time is needed for the pick up of the vehicle, arrangements can be madewith us; we have limited space to store the vehicle for a long period of time. We have described the vehicle as accurately and completely as possibly, however, we will not be held responsible for undetected problems, incorrect specs, etc.
