1923 Ford Model T Description
1923 Ford Model T Touring sedan. Overall good condition. Rebuilt and restored years ago by previous owner. Runs and drives fine. Clean title and California historic vehicle registration.
Exterior: Has amateur paint job that looks good. Only rust is a tiny spot on the front door. No major rust or rot, and very straight. The top is tight and works well. Does has about a 3" tear in the back, but not bad. I do have side curtains for the back when you take it out in the rain. Windshield is good and opens fine. Wheels are tight.
Interior: seats were done in what seems to be a heavy grade marine vinyl. Looks cool and very comfortable. A cat or like animal got to the front seat a little with some claw scratches, but tears all the way through, just some Knicks. Simple wood floor and throw carpet. Amp gauge works, as does the headlight switch. Not more more on the interior I suppose.
Mechanical: frame and running gear all cleaned and painted. Wheels bearings gone through, breaks work great. The motor runs great and transmission is solid in forward and reverse. Does leak a bit after taking it for a drive, but I think they all do.
It's been a fun car for me, but time to move on to something else. I have taken it on several short trips on weekends, but nothing over 15 miles round trip. It's great for putting around town, could be used for winery tours, weddings, or other events. Clear title, current registration. Ready to go to the next enthusiast.
I also have most of a Moore two speed gear box setup as well as a full set of front and rear axles/wheels/etc that are available separately if the new buyer wants them.
I would prefer not to ship, but can be arranged if needed. I also can deliver within 500 miles of 93923 for additional cost.
