1998 Ford Mustang Description

Condition : Front bumper is damaged. Overall body is in good condition. Custom reupholstered faux leather seats red and black to match outer color. Car has been parked for about a year. Tires were new when first parked. Rust is a problem underneath, that is the main reason that this has been sitting for a year. It was a great car with no problems until rust started. Car can be repaired and is drivable but too much work for my trouble, it can also be used for parts if that's what you're looking for.
Steering column was replaced with after market part and is now a quarter turn to the left when wheels are straight. The mechanic "tried" all he could but I believe it can be put properly but again more than it is worth for me.
Has not been started for 6 months but with a charge should start right up.
