Item offered for sale is a 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster. This vehicle has had an amateur restoration by a previous owner. The engine was rebuilt by him as well as the clutch. I have had the steering professionally rebuilt as well as the brake system. I have also had the engine professionally tuned with a rebuilt carburetor and distributor. The car has been converted to 12 volts and has a new alternator and new belt. The headlights have been converted to sealed beams inside the original Ford light shells. The car is equipped with twin sidemounts; sidemount mirrors;turn signals; seat belts; rear trunk rack; radiator mascot and wind wings. The wheels are 15 inch Ford wire wheels from a 1935 Ford and wear B.F.Goodrich whitewall tires. The previous owner painted the car; installed new upholstery and new top with top boot. There is an original Model A engine and transmission that go with the car as well as a complete set of 19 inch proper wire wheels with new Firestone tires mounted on them. This is not a show car but a very nice old Ford that has had a lot of work done to it and is ready for touring for the right owner. Car is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and is listed for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel this ad at any time.
