I purchased this car from a local Santa Barbara Ford mechanic that had owned it for many years . I then had a 351 Windsor built for the car ( had a 1970 302 ) by Santa Barbara Machine shop at a cost over 20,000 . The engine is high revving bullet proof engine that currently has about 2500 miles on it . If you've ever driven older Mustangs before there a blast to drive but lack power and rev ( even the 302 !! ) this automobile is not the case and in fact I would venture to say it's competitive with the new Shelby . Car is an awesome boulevard cruiser that looks 100% stock from the outside but once you put your foot in her its stops there !!
