2013 Ford F-150 XL Description

For sale is a Regular Cab 2013 F-150 XL with 55,287 miles. This truck has the 3.7l engine as well as an 8ft bed. I bought it off of Crest Ford, who got it as a trade in from the second owner, with 44k miles on it. Both owners before me had the truck regularly serviced at Crest Ford in Flat Rock. I have all the paperwork on repairs for the trucks life, including the transmission overhaul at 17k miles. Factory options include: cruise control, premium sound system with SYNC, steering wheel controls, premium wheels, trailer tow package, bed liner, and a carpet delete. Right now the truck has no problems whatsoever. I've been getting 17mpg in the city and 18-19mpg on the expressway. The tires have at least 70% tread remaining, and the brakes were just replaced when I bought the truck. The interior is very clean with no rips, and the suspension is in perfect shape with no clunks. I've used it as a parts truck and it has performed beautifully. The only reason I'm selling it is because I needed an extended cab so I can haul more people. There have been no accidents recorded, nor has there been any pets or smokers in the vehicle. I have the title in hand ready to be handed over to the next owner. This would be the perfect work truck or daily driver, just turn the key and go!
