2005 Ford Escape, 4WD 1 Owner, Daily Driver, Class II Towing pkg, in great shape
2005 Ford Escape XLT Description
The car needs nothing. It gets great gas mileage and its got five good tires. It was my sister's daily driver. You could drive it to California without doing a thing to it. We ordered it with the Stage II towing package because we tow our gardening and landscaping tools around our property in a wooden two-wheeled cart. No kids, animals, food, booze, smoking or drugs ever made their way into this vehicle and no whoopee ever occurred in it either. It has high mileage because it was never laid up or sidelined. We did back into a little pole once and cracked the right corner of the rear bumper, but it didn't seem to much perturb the car so we left it be. Recently we put new exhaust pipes, battery and rear shocks. The car doesn't shake, rattle or roll, doesn't have any strange smells and it doesn't make any weird noises, except if you play that new SONY radio on one of those RAP stations. (Why this new radio came with a remote control is a mystery to me.) The title is in my name and it is clear. This little SUV has been a beloved member of our family since we drove it home from the Ford dealer when it was new.It has lived its entire life in a heated garage.I think it still has another hundred thousand miles in it, but I don't think I do, (I'm 73.) We're in Bloomingburg New York, 80 miles from the city.I see they are saying there have been two owners. There's really only been one owner. Two months ago, just before she left, we changed the title over from my sister's name to my name. I guess technically that makes me the second owner, but the car has not been driven since February 16, when we transferred the title, as I intend to sell it. It has never been driven by anyone but her from day one.Now here's the lawyer talk: THIS VEHICLE IS SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
