2005 Ford F-150 King Ranch Description

Hello and thank you for visiting my listing. Up for sale is my 2005 Ford F-150 King Ranch with 78,985 that I purchased on 7/26/2005. I got her with everything except the sunroof and 4x4. I only use my truck to tow my boat to and from the Keys twice a year. The other miles have been trips to Disney and other vacations that my family and I have taken.

The ENGINE: All oil changes at 5,000 miles, the spark plugs have been changed twice once at 31,000 miles and now at 78,000. I changed all 8 injectors including the one ford changed because it got stuck in the open position. I also changed the starter due to the injector staying open causing the truck to stall burning up the old starter. It has a K&N filter. The radiator fluid was changed at 60,000. There are absolutely no issues with the engine whatsoever. I just drove 1900 miles round trip with the wife to pick up my mustang in North Carolina.

The SUSPENSION: Both upper front control arms were replaced along with the tie rod bushings. The front brake pads are getting low I’m including a new set of pads. The rear pads were replaced at 60,000. The rest of the suspension is stock with no issues.

The EXTERIOR: It’s had no accidents, the passenger front door has small dents see the picture (my then 10 year old son threw a rock at the door ask him how his punishment went). The rear passenger door was scratched by an idiot on a bicycle riding down the sidewalk. The rear bumper has a slash from the trailer I used to pick up the stang (that was on me). The roof has Florida year-round sun damage and the hood is starting to show some sun damage. Besides that the rest of the truck is a mirror finish. The rear tailgate has minor dings here and there. Still have the bed extender which is included. Extang Trifecta tonneau cover also included.

The INTERIOR: The worst part of the interior is the steering wheel no matter how much leather conditioner I used it was never enough with the Florida sun. The seats have no tears or rips they are in the great condition, I add leather conditioner at least 4 times a year. The AC blows ice cold. No scratches on the center console or displays. The DVD player is a life saver for the kids, it comes with two wireless headsets and the remote control. The only window that doesn’t work is the rear passenger it needs a new window regulator. All other windows work great including the rear sliding. The rear sensors work great. So do the folding mirrors and mirror defrost.

I take care of all my vehicles myself I don’t trust anyone with doing the work they need. This is not a work truck it was used for leisure drives with my family. Always washed and waxed. Plenty of tread left on the nitto tires. If you have any questions feel free to ask them.

The DMV had the truck's color incorrectly stated as red and that was corrected in 2007.
