1933 Ford Crown Victoria Two door Sedan1985 Detroit Autorama Ridler award winner – time capsule- well cared for since it won this prestigious award.Built and owned by Bobby AllowayAll steel body and fenders chopped all metal work done by Alloway Street Rods, filled roof with nice contour detail. It is still very nice. The underside of the body has flames painted and clear coat applied over the flames, very detailed underneath.Polished Halibrand magnesium wheels and Halibrand knock offs. These wheels are very rare, and probably irreplaceable.460 cubic inch big block Chevrolet (.30 over bore 454 ) – BDS 671 blower- Weber carbs—Engine has only about 50 miles since built by well known performance machine shop—Weber carbs – done right,, ran on dyno made 521 hp at 5400 rpm, 568 ft-lb torque. I have the dyno sheet and the assembly specs. Recently had carbs cleaned, fuel tank flushed and cleaned, coolant drained and refilled. Trans fluid changed.I also have the spec sheet on the engine, blower drive rate, final compression ratio, Comp cam specs—this engine was built to run on premium pump fuel. And will make much more power if blower drive was increased is currently 8% under driven, trust me it doesn’t need any more power.Turbo 400 works good.Mustang II front suspension, all polished a arms, brakes, calipersRear suspension is polished Franklin quick change rear end with polished inboard brakes, complete rear end in either polished or chromed.Air conditioning: the air conditioning was never re-plumbed from the condenser and compressor after engine work was done. Would not be a major job for someone that has done this type of work, the fittings are hard plumbed through the firewall to the under dash unit. I believe it’s a vintage air unit. Compressor is polished and all lines are plumbed with AN fittingsWool Interior -- “not tweed”— nice and clean- Ricaro seats. Power windows, shaved door handles, with remote key fob, inside hood release, overhead console with stereo controls, amp, booster, graphic equalizer controls.Digital engine displays under hood and inside instrument cluster.Car is a time capsule and is pretty much as it was when shown in 1985. Has always been stored in a climate control environment, kept clean and covered. I have driven it to a few local shows.
