1978 Ford F-150 Ranger Description

You are bidding on a great running and driving '78 1/2 ton Ford. It's two wheel drive with an 8' bed. This truck is my daily driver and has been driven over 7,000 miles this year. It runs, stops and drives as good. It is an old truck so if you are not used to the lack of luxury, typical loose steering or driving an older truck, it might not be for you. It starts, runs and stops and drives great with no issues.
Flat black/red roof, cab and front end is solid. The bed clearly is from another truck. Its dented up and rusted inside. I haul in it, it hauled a few engines but for this truck to really be nice it will need a new bed. Look at the pictures and ask any questions you may have. It sounds great and gets many positive looks!

The truck has new side view mirrors that come with it. I never needed them. Also you may want to re-install door locks, again, I never needed them. The wheels are 17" aluminumwheels that have been engineered to fit. They are from a 2000's 1/2 ton.
This truck SHIFTS PERFECT - trans and linkage are perfect. Shifting is smooth as silk!
302, 4 speed floor shift, 3.50:1 gears with limited slip 9" rear
Always running Brad Penn zinc fluids and they are currently fresh! NO LEAKS and it burns no oil, great runner. Get in and drive it home - enjoy for years and years!!!!
