  • Lots of upgraded body parts
  • Leather seats, front are HEATED! (really nice in the winter)
  • Trailer brake controller included
  • Professional rebuilt transmission about 1,000 miles ago from a local mechanics shop
  • Lots of newer parts in the last year or two: steering gear box, hubs, tie rod, U joints, etc.

Previous owner started switching out body parts from newer model Fords to make it look newer so he did thegrill, harley headlights, tailgate, tail lights, mirrors, and the dash.Since thedash isnewer there are some buttons thatdon't do anything (like adjustable foot pedals as the 2002 didn't offer this).Really sweet looking and sounding truck, turns lots of headsand has that loud mean growl. Lots of power and gets really good gas mileage for the size of tires and lift on it. Around town I get about 13.5 mpg on the performance tune. I know if it's strictly highway it's around 19-20. I'm includingthe shell with the truck. It is water tight and looks good but it's not perfect. I personally think the truck looks even better without the shell but thought I'd include it incase you want it. If not, sell it and you'll get another $500 back.

One funny thing about the truck is to lockin the 4x4, you have the switch in the cab you have to usebut you also have tomanually lock in the hub on the frontwheels. I was toldit was because of theupgraded hubs but not positive why. Mechanic told me when the weathergets bad to just lock in the wheels and leave it, and leave theinterior switch to 2x4. When you need the 4x4 then just turn theswitchso this way you don't have to get out of the truck. Pretty simple.

Here are all the negatives that I can think of. There are some light surface scratches from a tree branch, you can't feel them so they'll probably come out. You can't see themuntil you're close.I'm sure there are a couple of small dings or scratches but nothing really stands out as it looks awesome. The only items that stand out to me is a small tear in the drivers seat from a screwdriver in the back pocket, the roof of the cab had some small areas of paint peeling so I sanded it down to make sure there was no rust (there wasn't) and primed and repainted. I didn't sand the entire top so you can see where I sanded. I didn't bother making it look perfect as you have to be on a ladder to see the top anyways as the truck is almost 8' tall. I'm sure if you wanted a body shop to fix this it wouldn'tbe too muchbut I didn'tever price it out as I wasn't worried about it. I just wanted to make sure no damage happened. It does drip about 1 drop of oil every1-2 days at the most, if that. I was told it's very common with these trucks. Just noticed this a couple of weeks ago, when starting it after it sits for a day or more, on start up white smoke come out of the exhaust for 5-10 seconds, just on start up and never again. Runs clean and reallyawesome. It's getting colder hereso not sureif that's itand I've been told it's normal with diesel. Just trying to disclose everything so there are no surprises, even if I don't think it's a big deal or not.

Super fun truck to drive, sounds awesome and looks awesome. Lots of power and can tow prettymuch anything.I towtrailersevery once in a while and even with a heavy trailer the rear end doesn't sag. Just an all around awesome truck. I've tried to list everythingincluding all the little imperfections thatreally aren't a big deal just so there are no surprises. I'm selling it because even though I love the truck, I need something a little lower to the ground for work. If you have any questions please contact me and I'lldo mybestto answer. I have it listed locally so we'll see where it sells faster. You areresponsible forshipping or any othermethod of pickup. I will not pickyou up from the airport ordeliver the truck someplace. If you'repicking it up or having it shipped I'll be here whensomeone comes to pick it up.Payment is duewithin 3 days of purchase. Thanks!
