1931 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan Description

You are looking at a 1931 Ford Model A tudor sedan. This car was stripped and built from the frame up with all traditional details in mind. The roof has been chopped 4" otherwise it's a stock original Ford steal body with no rust. All new glass and and is in working condition even the rear windows. The brakes have been up graded to ford juice brakes, and the motor has a custom built intake manifold holding a large logo 97 stromberg carb, a custom lake style header and baffle kit, FS distributer, and 12 volt system, The seats were completely rebuilt and covered with all new vintage collection brown interior. The car has no interior just wood floors and seatsotherwise in bare metal. Hood has been louvered and the body was painted with a custom maroon brown. The frame and all parts were also painted during build in gloss black.
Drivetrain is a four cylinder with the above speed parts, stock 3 speed manual transmission, with banjo rear end. This car has a great stance with a drop axle up front and sitting on original 31 model A rails. It has original ford spoke wheels with rear 17" 6.00/6.60 bias ply Firestones and the front has 16" 5.00/5.25 Excelsior radials. All lights are in working condition along with a temp gauge. The car is running and driving but the motor does have a slight knock which I have been driving that way for a while. It's time for a heart transplant and I would suggest pulling the 4 cylinder and replacing with a ford flathead V8 or you will be able to do a direct replacement with another 4 cylinder motor (dime a dozen and under $500). One could bolt on the speed equipment to another 4 cylinder and be ready to roll for very inexpensive and a couple weekends worth of work. Then this car is pretty much a finished hot rod.
I do have a 24 stud flathead that is a running motor ready to go if interested. The flathead is not coming with car but would possibly sell separate if interested. The car has a clear CA 1931 title in myname and title in hand. This was built as a drivable hot rod not a show car. Yes it has some paintimperfections, yes it leaks, no its not perfect. Being sold as is so please ask all questions in regards to condition prior to bidding. Car is located in Sacramento, CA. Please note the CA plates and frame will not be included in sale.
