1999 Ford Explorer LIMITED Description

VERY RARE 1999 SALEEN FORD EXPLORER XP8 SUPERCHARGED AND INTERCOOLED # 20 ONLY ABOUT 120 EVER MADE.

This is a very clean Explorer. Has all the power options including cd changer and sunroof. Runs and drives great. Leather is in great shape and no tears. I have installed a new windshield, headlight and fog light assemblies, battery, rebuilt the supercharger, has 4 new Nitto NT 555 G2 tires, front end alignment, and new tie rod ends. I also replaced all the door andhatch striker bolts. Everything works including the AC. The supercharger was a dealer installed item. It is a Ford Motorsport SVO. I installed all new bearings and a new belt. Also has a new drive belt. Sold new by Middlekauf Ford. I have a book full of service records, receipts for about $10,000 in performance upgrades and owner history. There were only about 120 of these produced and even less that were supercharged. It is very clean inside and out. Runs great makes 6-8 psi on boost. Comes with a tuner also. Both the trans and rear end have been built. It shifts hard. I have the paperwork in the folder on all the work.
