2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Sedan 4-Door Description

You are viewing a gorgeous, extremely low-mileage, extremely low idle-hours, always unmarked, absolutely beautiful 2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. These were the final couple of years for the Crown Victoria which was, arguably, the best car ever produced in the world. Recently out of service from United States Federal Government, Federal Bureau of Investigation in Virginia, where it was assigned to one agent for it's entire life, and with only 22,919 actual, documented milesand 267 actual idle hourson it. This is a beautiful example of a very rare and very hard to find car.
Please note...we have sold hundreds of beautiful Crown Victoria Police Interceptors over the years but this is, without a doubt, one of the nicest. I have kept this car in indoor, heated storage for as long as I have had it. It has been our showpiece, so to speak, for the last year or so. Since then it has seen zero inclement weather. The underside of this car is as nice as the top, spotless and corrosion-free. It literally looks like it just rolled off of the assembly line a few weeks ago.
This is an extremely low mileage example with extremely low idle hours that is, likely, the nicest you will find for sale...anywhere, and it has a spotless Carfax and AutoCheck report.
If you have been waiting for an absolutely like-new, gorgeous, unmolested example of the most iconic car of all time...this is it. It is absolutely one of the nicest I have seen. This is one for the discerning collector or enthusiast. It is as close to "flawless" as you will find, short of having purchased one brand-new. If you have been waiting, don't wait any longer...this is one of the last few in existence with this low of miles and hours, and, it is one of the last, and best, years for the Crown Victoria...they do not get any better, or nicer, than this.

This unit is loaded with options available including cloth 8-way power front driver's bucket seating and matching, optional cloth rear seat, which has never been used. Aside from being a Police Interceptor, this car was also ordered with the coveted "Street Appearance Package", 3.27 ratio heavy-duty 31-spline axle, Traction-Lok limited-slip rear differential (code X5), power adjustable pedals, side airbags, factory AM/FM/CD stereo, and power mirrors, windows, trunk release, and locks. These items, of course, are just the beginning of the list of equipment on this car.

In my years of buying and selling police vehicles, I have had very few cars that come close to the condition of these units, they are extremely well maintained, actuallyover-maintained, and typically need no repairs. This was a one-driver vehicle, assigned to one agent throughout the entire life of the car. For those of you who know, that makes all of the difference in the world when it comes to how the cars are maintained and treated. It has little to no wear, anywhere, including the seating. It is doubtful that anyone has ever sat in the back seat, the interior is absolutely mint.
It is finished in the most desirable color available on the Crown Victoria...Norsea Blue Clearcoat Metallic with Dark Charcoal interior. With only22,919 actual, original miles on it, and only 267 idle hours, the interior shows nearly zero wear and still smells new inside. It has been extremely well-maintained and it runs, drives and handles as close to new as you will ever find. It has never been abused and it looks as close to new as you will find, as well.

The trunk compartment is extremely clean, and the original, brand-new, full-size spare tire is in place.

The original owner's manuals and books are in place in the glove box.

This unit is also equipped with, of course, the full "Police Interceptor" package which includes the 4.6-liter SOHC V8 engine, 4-speed overdrive heavy-duty transmission, heavy-duty 3.27 ratio heavy-duty "Traction-Lok" rear differential, 235-55-17 police-spec, brand-new (less than 1,000 miles on them) Good Year Eagle RS-A ultra-high performance radials mounted on the factory, heavy-duty, 17" vented police wheels with full, factory deluxe wheel covers, stainless-steel dual exhaust with factory crossover pipe, police-only lightweight balanced aluminum driveshaft, police-spec 4-wheel disc brakes, severe-duty suspension, heavy-duty cooling, lamp pre-wire group, certified 140-mph speedometer, idle hour meter, and much, much more.

For those of you who know Crown Victorias, you are probably already aware that the 2004 and newer years are the ones to own.All Crown Victorias produced from 2004-onward utilized the new, improved, 250-horsepower 4.6 liter V8 engine and are the fastest Crown Victorias produced due to many changes that were made, mainly in the intake system. Previously, the Police Interceptor produced 239 horsepower, but the 2004-newer Police Interceptor increased that number to 250 horsepower due to the addition of a new "Marauder" air intake setup. This included a new airbox that resembles the Mercury Marauder airbox (raised airbox lid, deeper bottom), with a new, larger, integrated 80 mm (3.1 in) mass airflow (MAF) sensor that is part of the airbox lid. This allows for much more precise flow calibration and reduces the chances of air leakage. The P71 zip tube (the flexible rubber hose between the throttle body and MAF outlet) is also used to reduce NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) as well as transfer air from the airbox to the throttle body with minimal flow resistance.

Crown Victorias like this one are becoming nearly extinct, so here's your opportunity if you've been looking for one of the nicest ones you will ever find in a beautiful color combination withultra-low mileage andultra-low idle hours.
This unit is in absolutely excellent condition inside and out and is very clean under the hood as well...the engine compartment is beautiful (please see the pictures). I do not slather motors with Armor All to make them appear nicer, or newer, than they are. The picture of this engine compartment is exactly as it was when the car was purchased...extremelyclean and corrosion-free.

These are the Crown Victorias aficionados lust after, and this is an unmolested example. It is very responsive, smooth-shifting and, of course, very fast.
This is a factory, all Norsea Blue Metallic car, not a re-painted color change like you will see for sale elsewhere.

This unit is in absolutely gorgeous overall condition, has been very well-maintained and has little of the normal wear and tear you would expect to find on a used police package vehicle. It has never had any exterior lighting or markings installed, ever. It has no holes in the roof, and never did, this was always an unmarked car. This vehicle, as most used police vehicles do, will have imperfections...this typically includes; minor scratches, chips, nicks, dings, etc., however, I could find nothing that would even show up on camera...that being said, this car has no known mechanical defects and it runs and drives excellent. Please, keep in mind, we strive to find the nicest used vehicles possible, but they are still used vehicles.
This is a very nice driving, tight unit...not a beat-up police car. It is as close to driving a brand-new car as you will ever experience. It has never been used for any type of police or patrol work.
DON'T PASS THIS ONE UP, 2009 MODELS ARE VERY, VERY HARD TO FIND AND I DOUBT YOU WILL SEE ANOTHER FOR SALE IN THE NEAR FUTURE WITH THIS LOW OF MILEAGE AND HOURS, IF AT ALL, IN THIS CONDITION.
As with all of our auctions, this 2009 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor will sell to the high bidder at the end of the auction, providing the low reserve price is met. Please complete all inspections BEFORE bidding...if you win the auction, you own the vehicle. If you would like to come and see it we always urge that. You will not be disappointed. Because of increasing expenses in every regard, we have been forced to raise our fees by $20, this is the first time in ten years that we have done this, so hopefully you will understand. There will be a $195 documentation fee and a $15 title fee added to each sale, these will be the ONLY additional fees you will be responsible for, unless you reside in the state of Ohio, in which case you will need to pay the proper amount of sales tax, based on the current rate for the county in which you reside. Temporary 30-day plate and registration is also available for $18.50. We do not charge any additional fees and there are no hidden charges. Most sellers are charging double this amount currently.
I welcome any and all questions you might have prior to bidding on this Crown Victoria.I do reserve the right to end the auction early if the vehicle sells locally prior to the end of auction(please call if you like). I am a law-enforcement officer as well and as such, work long hours so you are free to call me as late in the evening as you like. I can be reached anytime at (614) 893-3857. I will take calls 24/7 up until the end of the auction.
Winning bidder agrees to forward a 25% partial payment (unless a lesser amount is agreed upon PRIOR to the end of the auction) at end of auction via direct bank wire transfer or by overnighted cashier's check, money order or certified funds. Balance will be due within seven days of end of auction or at time of pick up or delivery, whichever comes first. I will help in any way possible to arrange transportation. I can store the vehicle for up to 90 days, until pick up can be arranged, as long as it's paid for in full.

I have been buying, selling and driving unique, specialty vehicles for over ten years now and take pride in offering only low-mileage vehicles that are not "run of the mill", beat-up cars and trucks. I specialize in the hard to obtain cars, SUV's and trucks, Dodge Charger Pursuit, 5.9 Cummins and Ford 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel trucks, Chevrolet Impala and Caprice 9C1 and 9C3 police vehicles, collectible and rare cars, trucks and vans. If there are any questions at all, again, please don't hesitate to call me at (614) 893-3857. I will answer all e-mails as quickly as possible. Thanks and good luck!
Because of people who bid and do not contact me or pay, I am being forced to implicate a rule pertaining to low-feedback bidders. ANY BIDDER WHO BIDS, WITH A FEEDBACK OF 5 OR LESS, WILL HAVE THEIR BID RETRACTED IMMEDIATELY unless they contact me first, prior to bidding. I hope everyone understands, and I thank our hundreds of happy customers, but a few bad apples have spoiled the proverbial bunch. Thanks for understanding.
Please remember, this is a used government vehicle, and not new, although it is probably as close to it as you will ever find. As such, it will have minor flaws consistent with the miles and age of the vehicle, and with government use. That being said, it is in beautiful shape and runs & looks absolutely as close to new as you will ever find. It is not what you would typically expect, or what you will find elsewhere for sale. Please, if you want to come and look at it, do so BEFORE bidding...or call me, as always, at 614-893-3857 or e-mail me and I will answer any questions you may have. Thanks!
