It was purchased just before the owner changed from a food delivery business to a different business that does not need a Refrigerator - Freezer Van. It was never used to deliver anything, not even once, and that is very good news for you.
It has a new Thermo King V-200 MAX system with auto-defrost and a dash mounted LED controller with a digital temperature gauge. The cooler has 2 compressors in it, so that it can be operated by using the van engine while moving or with an optional external 120 Volt cord to provide cooling while the van is not moving. The cargo space is well insulated and also has a new $900 insulation curtain to help keep the Cold Air inside when the door is opened.
I have the clear Florida title in hand, and I have the owner manuals for the van and for the cooler.Both the van and the freezerhave factory warranty. I even have the FORD window sticker that shows this van gets 28 MPG with it's very reliable 2.5L engine.
