2005 Ford Focus SES Description

2005 Ford Focus ZX5 SES Hatchback
Runs Well, Sunroof, Leather Seats, 6 Disc CD Changer, 161942 Miles

This Focus has been a dependable car for us, but we recently decided to upgrade to an SUV. It is a great car to get around town for little money! It recently passed inspection and has some good life left in it for the next owner.
Most service was completed at Ray Price in Mt. Pocono, PA since we bought the car from Ray Price in 2009. Everything works to the best of my knowledge except as listed below. Passed inspection in June.
Leather seats, Power Windows, Power Sunroof/moonroof, Cd Changer, Heat and AC work! Includes extra tire that was previously installed on car.
Car is sold as is and is free of any Liens and we have possession of the PA Title.
Condition:
No dashboard warning lights on.
Recent Headlights, brakes, rotors, pads, and tires.
Negative battery terminals corroded about 2 years ago and I replaced the corroded wiring with new cables and performs excellently now.
Battery was 5 years old, so I replaced with new battery from NAPA before listing for sale.
Treadlife is Excellent on tires. All 4 replaced at the same time recently.
Both Headlights replaced recently.
Has some surface rust at bottom of doors and retains water under driver's floor occasionally in a hard rain.
The voltage on the car drops down to around 12.8v sometimes with headlights and heater on higher settings. The Car continues to run, but it needs the alternator and cabling checked/replaced.
The Vent selector knob is stuck on defrost and I'm not sure why.
From what I can tell the driver's door was replaced sometime before we owned it, and the rear bumper was replaced after someone rear ended the car sometime around 2010 I think.
The top windshield outside seal doesn't look seated right at the top, but I haven't seen any leaking from around windshield. (see Picture)
One tire has a slow leak that needs air every month or so.
Deteriation around radio antenna (see Picture)
Fixed small areas of rust before with automotive white paint after properly prepping area.
