Here we go folks. This is a full custom 1940 Ford Standard Coupe. I CALL THIS THE GENTLEMANS PRO STREET HOT ROD. This car looks like it will do 200mph down the straight away but is just the opposite. It is a mildly built 350 Chevy motor with Air conditioning, heat and a 700 over drive transmission. Does not have the pro street vibe at all when driving it is very comfortable.

POWER WINDOWS BOTH SIDES ELECTRIC TRUNK OPENER ON REMOTE (by Balls Kustoms). Has safety poppers one outside for drivers door and one inside for trunk.

.Original steel body with hidden hinges and an all steel floor.

.4 wheel disc brakes with custom front cross member with mustang rack

. Custom beveled glass with no center divider, remote side mirrors. All trim and moldings were removed for that slim look.

.Tubbed rear wheelhouse with wider fenders to fit the monster Hoosiers out back sporting Weld rims.

. Custom built tube frame which holds a Ford 9 inch rear with 4 link ladder bar and coil overs with a custom drive shaft and sway bar witha Aluminum fuel cell mounted under the car ( you still have a full trunk and a pull down compartment as well)

. Custom steering column and custom headers with stainless steel exhaust and mufflers. Sounds nice but not overly loud so you can hear yourself talk to your passenger.

. Electric wipers all gauges work as they should.Blinkers / turn signals etc.

. Interior as pictures showis very comfortable for eventall drivers as well. Tweed with custom billet handles with courtesy lights in them wrapped with leather burgundy accents which match the dash. The dash has custom radio insert and custom gauges with panel andair vents.

. The motor has either stainless or billet or chrome. No expense spared for the look. As detailed in as it is outside. Has oil cooling fan set up under the car. As well as an electric fan at the radiator. Usually sits about 185 degrees without the fan. New battery all fluids changed for new season, Also has new jump buddies under passenger fender incase you need a jump start without opening the hood.

. I could probably go on forever but This should get you anidea of the work involved to build this car. Remember the appraisal was in 1999. In todays money you be closer to 80 easy to have a shop do this.

. Like all older cars driven expect a nick or two some imperfections. This is to be expected. Passenger window goes up but it's finicky coming down. I thought it might be the remote, I changed the battery and bought two more after market remotes that still need to be programmed. Balls Kustomelectronics for all the power functions is in the glove box. Has their number and on their site shows you how to program new remotes. I never have the windows up. This car doesn't get wet and is never driven in inclement weather. If it sits a long time typical of Chevy small blocks will drip a few drops of oil from the same spot. The more it's driven the less it becomes. It's getting near the time to rechargeAC If you prefer to. I can't take the pleasure in saying I built it but I'm proud to have owned it. Expect what is written, pictured, and video. Ask all questions.

I prefer to sell to only the United States. If you're outside the country I would like to speak to you first or I will block you. Because of the quality of car I would have it shipped enclosed. I will provide pictures and video of pick up so you can see your new ride before it leaves for it's new caretaker.
