2013 Ford escape immaculate shape with less than 37k miles

2013 Ford Escape Description

This car was bought from a Ford dealer in June of 2012 . The car is in immaculate shape There are no dents or scratches to be found. Everything on the car works perfectly for all intensive purposes the car looks like brand new. You truly have to see the car to appreciate how nice it looks.
We just had the car checked out at our local ford dealer and got a brand new oil change. Everything checked out perfect. Paperwork for this is available upon request
I'm not sure about standard features or options for this car so I will note the car has the following.1.6 eco-boost engineRemote start4 wheel drive
The reason we are selling this car is that it belonged to our mother who passed away suddenly a few weeks ago and no one in the family needs the car. We are really only looking to be bought out of the loan.
