It turns on (so it is considered running) but you will need to tow it to where you want it to keep it. It is not reliable in its current state.
The engine is having problems and will need replaced or rebuilt. The car was looked at by FORD 6 months ago and the transmission was given a good report.
There are a few cosmetic issues as well, but the car will do great if the engine is fixed. The inside is clean and the interior doesn't show signs of damage.
