This car has had a single owner for over 30 years right here in Portland. It is powered by an early Corvette 327 V8 and a 4-speed Muncie manual transmission. This business coupe has some very classic appeal that includes a 3 ½ inch drop, a 4 ½ inch chop, it is nosed, frenched, skirted and decked. It has classic Stewart Warner gauges and Hurst linkage. This paint scheme goes back to the 60s and when that paint was tired, “Steve’s Restorations” was commissioned to reproduce the base and flames schedule to exacting and measured accuracy. Steve’s Restorations disassembled the body and ‘hammer welded’ the custom seams. It runs great and drives great.
