The best employee I have ever had... Time for me to retire but this unit has a long life ahead and is running as strong as ever!
This beast has a modest 200,000 plus miles of tireless duty. I would tow anything with the 7.3 Power Stroke and the upgraded 450 auto transmission and rear end. The BANKS monster exhaust is the best and with the EDGE EVOLUTION you can adjust this unit to your liking.The class 5 hitch can handle the load aswell.
Irecentlyneeded 2 fuel injectors but I chose to do all eight less than 1,000 miles ago.The alternator waschanged out as well.This work truck has been well maintained as I am the original owner. (There have been a fewtitlechanges, but all have been within the company).
Last year I added the BRUTE Topsider Boxes (72") with drawers on both sides and will stay on this unit. They work great! I am adding the extra weatherguard box if you prefer white over the existing one installed. Both are included. All keys work as well. The tailgate is functional as it will close and lock but it is a little bang up. The exterior is job site ready with a few bumps, bruises, scratches and dents, not bad for 16 years of service. All lights are functional and powerful, and the front grill guard is awesome with the added fog lamps with an interior switch. The Kenwoodstereo,DVD,USB and bluetooth work well. The VIPER alarm is ready with auto locks included.The exterior door handles have the jammers in place for added theftdeterrent. (The plates can't bepriedoff.)
I am also including the following: A fender and bumper, both in great shape, rear "LED" lights with guards, original headlights, and a few other bits and pieces. The interior is also crew ready - I covered the front seats, installed full rubber mats (was carpet)andreplaced the seat belts. The back seat is not bad but asmentioned"crew ready." The A/C and heat are good. All door locks and auto windows still function ( switches have been replaced).
A few notable things tomention: Four tires are good and two may need to be changed out and used for spares. (no spare or jack included) The cig lighter was snipped some time ago but the aux power is still functional. The power driver seat functions but is a little slow and may need a switch. The original center console has been removed. The headliner and visors are worn/dirty (it is a work truck after all).
This unit is ready for work and has never let me down...
