1940 Ford Other Deluxe Description

This is an incredibly solid locally owned 1940 Ford Woodie Wagon that was just found in Encinitas California.
The car has had the same owner for over 40 years an elderly man who fell ill and never finished the project, last on the road in 1999.
Car has been stored inside in Southern California all this time.
The car comes with a clear CA title.
The wood is in very good older restoration condition and is very solid.
Interior was done years ago and the entire car has really neat, matching patina.
The cars engine was taken apart and one valve, pair of cylinder heads, oil pan, connecting rods, and pistons are missing amongst other engine parts although the family may still find them, and if found will be included in the sale at no additional charge.
I've detected no rust in floors or rust repairs or accidents.
This is a VERY SOLID CAR
