2006 Ford Ford GT Convertible Description

Thank you for viewing our listing on this very special 2006 Ford GTX-1. This beautiful example finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over Black Leather with custom door insertsis one of the finest GTX-1's ever constructed. This supercar is badged as #23 of 500 but as I understand there were around 40 completed cars. Kip Ewing, former Assistant Chief Engineer at Ford Performance built this example. It is the best of the best without goingnuts with turbos and too many crazy modifications. The engine was tuned and the supercharger pulley changed. There are stainless steel long tube headers that flow through a sport exhaust. The sound is amazing! The rear bumpers have been deleted. It has more than enough power than youcould everuse on the street. Then again, that is a matter of opinion. The removable one piece top, again designed and built by Kip Ewing makes this a much more desirable supercar than the standard folding top originally designed by Genaddi Design Group. There is no wind noise or leakage at all. The car was originally an allfour optionGT which included Lightweight BBS Wheels, Painted Brake Calipers, Stripes and the desirable McIntosh stereo system. This GTX-1 is asgoodas you can get.The supercharger is signed by Mr Kip. Ewing and Mr.Camilo Pardo who was the Chief Designer of the Ford GT and the SVT studio, giving ittheirstamp of approval. How much better can you get? Carroll Shelby signed the chassis platewhich adds even more provenance to the car.We believe that this collector piece will onlyincrease in value due to the provenance of the car.
