2003 Ford Mustang Saleen Description

Up for sale is my 2003 Ford Saleen S281 Convertible, number 154 (not the super-charged model). I'm only the 2nd owner of the car and have been a Mustang owner and lover since 1988. Mechanically the car needs nothing. The A/C is ice cold, the cruise control, power windows, power seat, and top all work great. The drive train is stock and still has the Saleen Magnaflow catback that came with the car. It still has the original detailing bag and even all four Saleen valve caps. I still have the original grill, the Plexiglas screen that attaches to the roll bar and 3 of 4 original Saleen wheels (not included in price). Car also has a two-way paging alarm.
The tires have only a few thousand miles on them. They're Continental ExtremeContact DW's. 18x10 rear, 18x9 front. 295/35/18 and 265/35/18 respectively.
I recently had all the following items done at my own expense:
1. new windshield
2. new Ford battery
3. new headlamps (bulbs)
4. new OEM Saleen sticker - they sent me the wrong front bumper stickers so those didn't get replaced with new
5. brand new OEM fender badges
6. New fuel pump
7. New fuel filter
8. New NGK Platinum plugs
9. Replaced all 14 quarts trans fluid with Redline D4 ATF, trans filter too
10. New valve cover gaskets, there was a slight leak
11. New truck hatch struts
12. Car comes pre-wired for an Escort detector and has the blendmount style mount for the detector.
Please see the last pictures. The car was a daily driver and does have an expected amount of wear in the paint up front, you can see the previous owner scraped the air damn a couple times and the driver's seat has wear on the bolster. I've lowered the price thousands to adjust for this. Also, the stock wheels are available for sale SEPARATELY and one of them is CRACKED. That's why I bought a new set of wheels. If you're interested we can work something out after the purchase. The other 3 are in great shape as you can see.

1. Buyer is responsible for making all arrangements to pick up the car. I've had very good luck with shipping a motorcycle and car that I've purchased on ebay using U-ship.
2. This car will not leave my house until I've been paid in full. I'd prefer to meet you inside my or your bank for final payment (bank check) and transfer of title.
