An Ohio buyer will have to pay their county's applicable sales tax rate plus $120 document fee, $15 title fee, and if needed, $18.50 for a temporary tag. An out of state buyer will not pay sales tax (unless the buyer is from one of the 7 states that do not reciprocate with Ohio), but still pay the fees listed above.
