1986 Ford Mustang GT COBRA Description

This vehicle is a professionally built 86 Prostreet Mustang. No dollars were spared in the building of this vehicle and I am the original owner of the car. Prior to converting this car into aprostreet race carit was never winter driven. I will highlight the following;

4 core radiator, w / 2 electric fans.

1050 Holley dominator carburetor - fully tuned, GM Bow-tie Hi-rise single-plenum fully ported intake manifold, NOS direct injection proshot fogger system plumbed to intake manifold.

Custom Built stroker small block chevy - 408 cubic inches bow-tie block with 4 bolt mains, full competition ported and polished Brodex dash 12 aluminum cylinder heads w/ 2.12" intake & 1.65"valves, titanium retainers,K-Motion double springs w/dampener, Crane aluminum roller rocker arms, Moroso stud girdle. Crower competition solid roller camshaft, Crower solid roller lifter, double roller timing chain, Wiesco forged aluminum piston with lowered top-ring, billet-steel 6" Manley connecting rods, Manley billet-steel stroker crankshaft, fluid dampener, deep oil pan with a hi volumes oil pump, custom built equal length headers, custom aluminum engine mount and mid-plate.

Transmission is a turbo 350 race prepped with a full manual valve-body, Coan 8" 4500 RPM converter and deep oil w/ tranny cooler.

Reanend is a shortened Ford 9" which have been fully braced, spool w/ 453 gears, Bear 31 spline unbreakable axles, Bear rear disc-brakes.

Rear Suspension - ladder-bar, Bears coil-over fully adjustable. Front suspension is Koni 70/30 McPherson gas struts.

Fuel cell, 2 Holley electric fuel pumps.

Rear section aluminum tubbed car with automotive carpeting over tin for street purpose, Jeg's racing buckets,Autometer gauges,Hurst shifter, Line-lock, 10 point roll-cage, 2 fire extinguishers.
