2007 Ford Mustang GT Coupe 2-Door Description

How's it going? Firstly I have videos of this bad boy so you can hear him I can't upload here but I can send them to your phone.
So glad you stopped by to check out my ride that could be yours. Up for sale is my custom one of a kind X-men themed ride. If you are unsure of who Gambit is, I suggest you google him, but I really hope that looking at this beast you are a fan of gambit and that's what has drawn you here in the first place.
Gambit is tucked in for winter storage, meaning it's hard to get photos when he is literally tucked in for winter, battery disconnected and storage insurance only on him, special num num's for his gas tank. I'm happy to skype or facetime and give you a full live tour of this car and even start him up for you.
When I drive this guy to work and park it outside... People will literally walk into multiple stores to try to find out "who" owns the "racecar" because they literally can't tell it's a mustang because it's so custom. If you want a ride that will get you some attention... You're in the right place. He has taken several awards at local car shows.
About the car and why I'm selling...
I'm American Indian, an enrolled tribal member, the current DAPL pipeline has really upset me so I've committed myself to being less dependent on fossil fuels. I feel guilty driving this beast and I want to start living a life with less environmental impact because it is important to me and that means switching my daily driver subaru and to do that.. I have to have money to get a prius..... So I went to the dealer.....The dealer just wants to take this beauty and make it... "Normal" for a quick sale. Which usually means literally ripping out everything that makes it one of a kind for a quick turn around buck, and we all know... they NEVER pay you half of what a vehicle is worth, so support an artist directly... I can't bear to see my work of art scrapped and made.... Stock.... So I'm trying to sell it myself to raise downpayment for my precious Prius.... So why not just get financed? Well.... I have a classic truck, a subaru, a mustang and I am just wrapping up the sale of my Harley.... My daily driver is the Subaru, I want to sell it to and get a prius and be done with having to pay car insurance on all 4 of these vehicles because that also gets expensive, not to mention its $80 each to register them regardless if you rarely drive them.... So literally I also happen to need garage space.... I want this bad boy to go to the right buyer, someone who loves him as much as I do.
Less than 1,500 on the new tires. I wont sell my classic because it's been in the family too long and it's just that... A classic so it's only allowed to be driven in parades etc to cut down on smog as it is... so really the mustang has to go. And,,, Just look at him, he NEEDS to be driven, shown off... At least stretch his legs more than once a month!!!. Freedom!!! You can't keep a horse in a stall... He's so unhappy just sitting there like a action figure on a shelf... They're MEANT to be played with!Purchased on 9/8/2012 with 76725 or so miles paid him off 9/15/2015 he now sits at about 106,500. Idaho Title is in hand. 30,000 miles driven over 6 years is roughly 5,000 a year.
16MPG in town 21-23 MPG highway (depends how you drive him)
Title is literally in my hand. I worked 3 jobs and paid this car off waaay early. I think in total I paid $23,000 for him. He has had 3 owners, I refinanced him 3x while paying him off with 3 different banks, this is because I would pay huge amounts of $$ as I could working 3 jobs to try to pay him off sooner and to pay less interest. So it messes with the car report, so, sorry that was me haha.
I'm interested in all reasonable offers. Maybe talk to me a little tell me about yourself what draws you to this particular stang, what do you plan to do? What adventures will you have? If he's going to a good home that actually will twist my arm, I'm only 29 and I remember being young and wanting a hot car, hello, that's why i bought him! (Which yes he is a great car for getting dates) it's really more personal than business to me.
I'm not looking to sell this locally, why? Because everyone in the town of Boise Idaho calls this car the "Las Vegas" mobile and I had people wanted to "test drive" him that had no interest of buying him, just wanting to say they drove him. So, no, that wont do. So here he is online.
In the summer I drive a lot and I make monthly trips also, I really want a prius to cut back on my carbon intake on the environment. I just can't justify having this guy sit. I wish I had a larger house but playing musical cars is really annoying all of the time... It would be nice just to have... one or two.
Features:
Many a night my status on facebook was "Arts and Crafts Night with Gambit"
His aftermarket upgrades:
Ascetic:
Custom Airbrushed Hood scoop (non-functionable) with 4 aces and a mustang skull inside one of the aces. (Super beautiful)
Elenor Rear scoops
Lower side scoops
Custom emblems/Custom logos/Custom dash plaques (When you buy him I will tell you where to get your new dash plaque made with your name they're like $10 and worth it!)
Bluetooth
Sony x-plode surround sound system (professionally installed) with DVD player that has been rigged to play movies while driving (no back up camera but can have one added)
Hood vents.... Literally took a saw to the hood of my car and put these in myself... YES 10 points for Slytherin on this ballsy job
Rear Seat Delete... Meaning it's a 2 seater, HOWEVER I will send the rear seat with this glorious ride and all parts to it with you so you can have it, if you want I can put the seat back in the car also it literally takes maybe 45 minutes and I kept everything (cause I'm awesome like that)
Light up glow cup holders (red)
Spade Rear-view mirror
Hood pins that are for looks only and don't work but fool everyone.
Interior mood lighting (red)
Red trim all over the inside
CUSTOM DOOR PANELS.... Literally see the photo, I made this all myself... There are actual card suites IN this panels.... Behold the glory!!! Sneaky Sneaky
Shift knob Actually as a roulette and ball in it... Gamble every time you drive... See the photo... It's okay to drool
Clutch extender, don't have to push in the clutch as hard to start it up and my god he has a heavy clutch.
Sequenced Tail lights meaning 1,2,3 every time you stop and turn
Custom dash mat and floor mats with "Remy Lebeau" Gambit's real name is embroidered on these (again all custom)
I've probably forgot some other things... Really there are so many things I've done over the years I literally can't think....
OH, Tint...
The front windshield and all windows are tinted to the max they can be, literally you can only see your knuckles on the wheel and everything else... Black... Black and Black.
Performance upgrades:
Led Lighting on the front of the vehicle, these lights were $400 just to get and totally worth it, I have matched the LED fog lights also
Spector Cold Air intake
NO MUFFLERS.... Literally SOUNDS Amazing. The precious owner did this part so i'm not sure what they did but it's glorious, you wont sound like a damn Bee like all the other new mustangs do, literally this has a rich sound. Wanna hear him? Call me (hopefully i'm home) I'll start him up for you. Cause they wont let me put a video here, and even then videos don't sound as amazing as over the phone.
New tires ($570)
New serpentine belt ($105)
New alternator ($675)
New battery ($120)
American Muscle 19" Rims ($425) that are glorious (have some miner dings but seriously they are black... So you can paint them black and they don't show up)
Custom Gauges up the drivers side include battery charge, oil pressure and oil temperature. These change colors so you can change them to whatever you want.
Comes with a spare key, like actual spare key with chip these are like $100 a spare and SO nice to have
Brand new windshield.
Custom Red Strut Bar
Staggered stance tires meaning 35W"s on the back 33W"s on the front. so when tires are rotated you can rotate the two fronts together and the backs together but the back tires are fatty race tires so it give it an aggressive stance from behind. The 35" stick out more on the 05-09 mustangs than they do the other models because of the frame.
Drawbacks:
I'm an honest guy I've had this car for 4 years I know him really well and he has never let me down unless it comes to my failure to charge his battery... When I knew I hadn't driven him for a while.
1. Like I said the 2007 are notorious for having the fan in the dash go "click click click" for a little bit when he first starts. It's just how he is, doesn't hurt anything I'm not worried on it but I get asked a lot about it. The defect doesn't effect his air conditioning, heating or vents actual function. It's really like stretching when you first wake up.
The original owners didn't take him in while he was under warranty and get it fixed (most smart people would but I guess this is Idaho) and when it really doesn't hurt anything I wasn't going to rip out the dash. I have a video if you would like to listen to it start and stop the video is less than 20 seconds so really it's only for a few moments. You can google it and find it is not harmful.
2.He has a boo boo on his right rear (passenger side) back tire well, Honestly it's rarely ever noticed, doesn't effect performance and might be $500 to fix if you really want to get him done. please see photos 6 and 7 to looks at it, it's hard to notice unless you are up close and looking but hey, i'm going to let you know.
3.He has some road rash on the front of his hood from the previous owners and he is black so it tends to show up more than the average car. My local shop here that does all my cars/bikes said they would repaint him, and even appoxy the hood vents and elenor side scoops all in to look factory with a nice clear coat finish for $1,200. I don't have it to drop on something I want to sell but a full paint job for that price??? It's a steal if you ask me. If you want when you come to pick up your car you could have an appointment with Jimmy's auto (about 20 minutes from my house) He can requote you (the quote I gave you was from april 2016) and he can have it done in a week so you can take it home and support a local business and have a steal of a deal on a new paint job on your new car.
But honestly, it doesn't take away from the fact that no matter when or how you drive this... Every passing car looks at you... Every person on the street... It is an attention whore.... And deservingly so. Literally nobody ever comments about these flaws... They don't even notice... I think I just notice because I'm a little OCD with this guy.. ...
4.When you don't drive him daily his battery dies after 4 days. This is because of the theft alarm system on him. An alternator has one job... to charge the battery when you drive... Sooo.. If he isnt driven then the alarm depletes the battery and he has to be charged. Because I don't have time to drive him I deal with this a lot, it is common logic though, nothing wrong with the car, just know if you get him as a second car and don't drive him at least every three days he needs life support to restart.
5. The passenger side's ummm do-hickey... the thing you pull to bend the front seat to get out from the back, it is broken... But the lower one works and it moves the seat the same way the upper one does... so really it's not an issue either. I didn't break it one of the previous owners did though.
That's it, that's all, please let me know if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them but I think I covered it.
You deserve a sticker if you read all of this but I wanted to be as upfront and detailed as possible.
