This truck has 243k miles but runs and drives great with no mechanical issues.Thistruck was first owned in Sioux Falls, SD and then down to Arizona with 90k miles where the truck has stayed since. These 6.0L Diesel engines have had some issues but one with over 200k miles typically has already had all the upgrades done or is one of the ones that didn’t have the problems.
