2000 Ford Ranger XLT Description

I am listing this truck for my sister and brother-in-law. They have recently retired and are now living in an apartment and no longer need a truck.
The truck has been driven very little; Documented mileage of less than 4000 since 4/24/2014.
Truck passed PA's rigorousinspection at 123674 miles; less than 4000 miles ago. If you read up on the PA inspection process, you will find it is extensive.
There is very little surface rust on the undercarriage (see pics).
